Step 1. Open a web browser and go to your My Subscriptions dashboard to view the status of your subscriptions. Again, be sure that you have no active paid subscriptions. If you’re paying for any services, you’ll have to cancel them all and then wait for Yahoo to complete the cancellation process so that you can delete your Yahoo account.
Step 2. Go to your Yahoo Mail account. Make sure you are logged in.

Step 7. Next, enter your email address and click “Yes, delete this account.”
You now will receive a message telling that your account has been deactivated and scheduled for deletion.
