Step 1. Open a web browser and go to your My Subscriptions dashboard to view the status of your subscriptions. Again, be sure that you have no active paid subscriptions. Step 7. Next, enter your email address and click “Yes, delete this account.”
You now will receive a message telling that your account has been deactivated and scheduled for deletion.
