How To Earn Money on Youtube: Enable Monetization

You can turn your videos on YouTube into a source of income and start getting money from your content if you enable monetization. Once this feature is enabled, ads will be displayed on your videos. However, you need to meet certain requirements to activate it. You must have at least 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours of watch time in the last 12 months. However, it is important to remember that monetization does not guarantee success. You will still need to create quality content and engage with your viewers in order to be successful.

How to enable Monetization on YouTube.

Step 1: Click on your profile icon at the top right corner.

Step 2: Click Creator Studio.

Step 3: Click CHANNEL.

Step 4: If you're eligible to enable monetization for your videos, it will say Eligible, if you're not, it will say Ineligible. Click Enable to continue.

Step 5: Click Enable My Account.

Step 6: Check all the boxes and then select I accept to confirm you agree with the Monetization Agreement on YouTube.

Step 7: Click Got it, or click on Monetization if you want more information. 

Now, your videos might actually make you money. You can change the monetization setting to make your upload is automatically monetized or not.
