Use your task-specific email addresses
Just add a plus sign (+) and any word before the @ sign in your address.
Ex: [email protected] —> sak[email protected] or [email protected]
Automatically label and sort incoming messages using one of these addresses
Step 1: In the Gmail search box, click the Down arrow .
Step 2: Under To, enter your task-specific email address, such as [email protected].
Step 3: Click Create filter with this search.
Step 4: Choose what you want Gmail to do to these messages, such as archive, apply labels, etc.
Step 5: Click Create filter.
