How to Post Photos or GIFs on Twitter

Besides normal text tweets and links, you can also post photos or GIFs (Graphics Interchange Format images). Follow these steps to post a photo or a GIF on Twitter.
How to post photos or GIFs on Twitter
Step 1: Go to Twitter and log into your account.
Step 2: Click the What's happening? box at the top of your Home timeline.
Step 3: Click the icon to upload a photo or the
icon to upload a GIF from your computer.
Step 4: Select a photo or a GIF. Once a photo or GIF is selected, the image will be attached to your Tweet in full size.
You can search for a GIF from Twitter's GIF library, select one to attach to your tweet.
Step 6: Add text to your tweet and click Tweet.
Note:
- You can select up to 4 photos for uploading per time, but you can post only one animated GIF per tweet.
- You can only upload GIF, JPEG, and PNG files.
- The maximum size limit for a photo is 5MB. Animated GIFs can be up to 5MB on mobile, and up to 15MB on the web.
- By default, your photo will be scaled for display in your expanded Tweet and in your Twitter gallery.
- Photo and GIF attachments are not counted as characters on a Tweet.
